Does the platform touch the condominium's money?
No. Neighbors pay directly into the condominium's account, as always. The platform records, validates and provides evidence — it never holds the money.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The service is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Your data is yours: you can export it from the platform.
Can the price change?
It is a launch price. If it ever changes, active condominiums keep their original rate.
